Reading validity

Evidence grades
- Linked: the repealing or amending text is tied to a corpus document.
- Named: it is mentioned by name without an opening link.
- Badge only: a source state without independent proof of the applicable version.
Unconfirmed means unconfirmed
Do not treat the badge or machine extraction as an approved version before you open the original and read the evidence.
