Access follows workspace and matter membership. Understand the difference between your personal space and the shared office workspace.

A matter has its own members.
Joining an office does not automatically grant access to its matters. The workspace and matter membership determine who can access a conversation or file.

- Your conversations and files are available to you as the account owner.
- Matter workspace
- Content is for appointed matter members. Organization membership alone does not open a matter.
- Shared office workspace
- Conversations and files not linked to a matter are visible to active organization members.
A “confidential” label describes a file; it does not change access rights. Authorized Izuran operators can open conversations or download files; these actions are audited.

Delete the document
Deleting a chat does not delete its attachments. Deleting the document removes its stored object and chunks; a copy may remain in the backup cycle.
The provider follows the operation.
The register below shows the companies and services attached to implemented paths. Training, retention and processing location may differ between chat, OCR and batches, even with the same company. There is no silent cross-provider fallback.

03Answer sources
Read the answer. Examine its basis.
The source card helps you return to the text behind an answer. A citation is the beginning of review; deciding whether the text applies remains part of your legal work.

- Validity evidence level, with its limitations.
- Human review is stated only when it happened.

An “in force” badge alone does not prove which version applies to the facts. “Source badge” means validity comes from the indexed source, not independent evidence of amendment or repeal.
This is an educational example, not a legal citation or a live result. Human-review details appear only when a review has actually taken place.

Does the office manager see my matter contents?
Not by membership alone. They reach a matter if appointed to it. An organization workspace without a matter is shared with active members.
Does my data stay in Libya?
Izuran storage is distinct from AI processing. Check each operation’s company, service and location policy in the register above. Without an approved policy, we do not claim residency in a particular country.
Are models trained on my files?
Product policy requires no training on customer data. Check the approved company terms for each operation in the register. A company name does not prove contractual review is complete, and no training does not mean zero retention.
Can the office block external AI?
The gate denies a disallowed vendor when an active policy profile exists. There is no office UI for it today, and we do not advertise it as a published capability.
Does deleting a chat delete its files?
Deleting a chat does not delete its attachments. Deleting the document removes its stored object and chunks; a copy may remain in the backup cycle.
What about backups?
The last 14 local backup copies are kept on the same disk. There is no offsite copy today; this is not independent geographic protection.
What happens when matter membership is revoked?
The next request to read the matter’s chat or attachments is denied. An AI answer already in progress may finish using context prepared before revocation.
