Members and permissions
Organisation membership does not open the file. Access is granted by person and role, and taken back when the work ends.
The rule
Access is explicit through matter members. Add the smallest sufficient role and review the list when the team changes or the need ends.
Professional secrecy
This is not an optional admin preference. Anyone not named on the file does not read it.
These pages describe the platform as it works today. Verifying the text and its application remains the professional’s responsibility.
