How usage is counted
Settings show the allowance and what was used. A long question or large file may consume more. Limits follow the plan or the organisation contract. Paid AI is reserved before it runs.
Managing the subscription
- Review the plan and allowance in account settings.
- Watch the warning before the balance runs out.
- If the allowance is shared, ask the organisation manager.
- Invoice and renewal questions go to support.
