The matter is not the firm
Belonging to the office does not open the file. Access is granted by name and role, and taken back when the work ends. That is not an admin preference. It is professional secrecy.
In two lines
- Matter members are the access boundary, not the organisation directory.
- Give the smallest role that works, and review the list when the team changes.
The easiest mistake in office software: anyone in the company can see the matters. It looks practical. It confuses payroll with client confidence.
In Izuran the organisation is a frame for subscription and administration. The matter is a separate room: parties, documents, deadlines, conversations, drafts. Being in the directory is not enough to unlock it.
Who gets in
A member is added with a role. The role sets what can be seen and changed. Possessing a URL does not admit someone else. Renaming or deleting a conversation stays inside the same boundary.
- Do not share a session or a password.
- Remove access the day the person leaves the file.
- Turn on two-factor authentication when it is available.
The matters guide covers the screen. The rule is written here so it is not forgotten under the button: the file is narrower than the firm.
