Izuran Legal · The Izuran Group
Terms of Use
1. Nature of the service
Izuran Legal is a legal intelligence platform that assists research, analysis and drafting grounded in the Libyan legal corpus. It is a legal assistant, not a substitute for a licensed lawyer, and creates no attorney-client relationship. Every output must be reviewed by a qualified user before being relied on.
2. Accuracy and liability
- Answers are derived from corpus texts with citations and validity status. Where no text exists the platform says so; validity may be marked unverified and require human confirmation.
- Completeness and freshness of the corpus are not guaranteed at any given moment; every answer carries a corpus freshness stamp.
- The Izuran Group is not liable for legal or procedural decisions taken on the basis of the platform without professional review.
3. Accounts and security
- Users are responsible for their credentials. Two-factor authentication is mandatory for privileged accounts and available to all.
- Sign-ins and sensitive actions are recorded in a tamper-evident audit log; accounts are temporarily locked after repeated failed attempts.
- Unlawful use, circumvention of controls, or content intended to manipulate the model is prohibited.
4. Content and documents
Uploaded material remains the user's property. The user grants a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service, under the Privacy Policy. Uploads are scanned for malware before storage.
5. Subscription and termination
Plans and quotas are governed by the Plan & Billing page. The platform may suspend an account that breaches these terms after notice, preserving the user's right to export their data.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by Libyan law; the courts of Tripoli have jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Changes
When these terms change, users are asked to accept the new version at their next sign-in. Acceptance time and version are stored on the account.
