3. Storage and protection
- Data is stored on servers operated by The Izuran Group; connections are encrypted (TLS 1.2 or higher).

- Administrative access to customer content is permission-gated, audited and alerted.
4. Retention and deletion
- Users can delete their conversations, documents and memory at any time; files are removed from storage immediately.
- Account deletion is handled through support and covers all work content. Billing records and the audit log are kept for the period required by law.
- Accounts with no sign-in for 90 days are automatically disabled (not deleted) for their protection.
5. Your rights
You may access, correct, export and delete your data, and object to specific processing. Requests: [email protected]. Security reports: [email protected].
